1. Registration desk are located at all the three Hotels Lobby (Golf Hotel, Air China Hotel & Bayshore Hotel). Open hours are as following:

Friday 30 August 2019 14:00– 20:00

Saturday 31 August 2019 08:30 – 20:00

Sunday 1 September 2019 08:30 – 20:00

From Monday 02-Friday 06, September 2019, registration are available only at ICAME2019 Help Desk open from 08:00 – 18:00.

2. ICAME2019 Help Desk is located at the first floor of Conference Center (Building A), during the conference, the organizing committee is available to provide help for you.

3. How to get to the Conference Venue

The conference will be held in the Conference Center located at the Xinghai campus of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP).

From 31 August to 6 September, shuttle buses are arranged for taking you from your hotel to the Conference Venue, shuttle buses also arranged for other events (see below). No shuttle bus for Air China Hotel,it is located 15-minute walk from Conference Venue.
