Social & Optional Programmes

The social & optional programmes are listed as below, banquet and excursion are free of charge for the participants and the accompanying persons after finishing the payment of registration fee.

1. Welcome Reception

Considering the addition of the DICP NRS workshop being held on 31 August, 2019, the Organizing Committee of the Conference invites the participants to have a dinner in the evening of 31 August and a lunch in the noon of 1 September, 2019 in the DICP cafeteria for replacing the Welcome Reception which originally scheduled in the evening of 1 September, 2019 (Sunday).

2. Banquet

Conference banquet will be held in the evening of 2 September, 2019 (Monday).

3. Excursion

In the afternoon of 4 September, 2019 (Wednesday), the Organizing Committee is pleased to arrange a half-day excursion.

4. Accompanying Person’s Program
